Group bookings work by adding each person and their choices to a 'shopping basket' When you have added all the members of your group, you can proceed to check-out and pay.
Please note that you can only book and pay for places within one mwf region at a time. It will not work if you try to add bookings across different regions to the same shopping basket!
Every tenth person booked on the same event attends free, so long as you book all ten places for that event sequentially. You may book and pay for places on more than one event at a time so long as they are in the same region but, in order to obtain the discount, you must book all the places for one event before selecting the next.
